Over 200 sets of equipment including slides, climbing nets, and popular swings, featuring hot-dip galvanized pipes with full welding and multi-layer anti-corrosion polishing. Equipped with CNC laser cutting machines and CNC bending machines, and GB/T19001 certified. Includes rainbow slides, slide combination rides, climbing walls, and non-standard projects.

Zhengzhou Huajin Amusement has a professional indoor playground production workshop, which is a standardized production base integrating design, cutting, sewing, woodworking, steel structure, powder coating, soft covering and finished product assembly, focusing on the manufacturing of complete indoor children's playground equipment.
01Workshop Size and Layout
The workshop boasts a spacious area of over 5000 square meters, with clear zoning and a rational workflow, enabling assembly line operations and effectively improving production efficiency and quality stability.
It is mainly divided into: material preparation area, welding area, carpentry area, cutting and sewing area, foam wrapping area, powder coating area, finished product assembly area, quality inspection area, and storage and packaging area.
02Core Production Processes
1. Steel Structure Frame Production: Utilizing national standard hot-dip galvanized steel pipes, ensuring high strength, rust and corrosion resistance, and a longer service life. CNC cutting, precise bending, and fully automated welding processes result in uniform, strong welds and a safe, stable structure. Shot blasting and electrostatic powder coating treatment ensures uniform color, strong adhesion, environmental friendliness, odorlessness, and scratch and wear resistance.
2. Soft Sponge and Leather Processing: High-resilience environmentally friendly sponge is selected, offering moderate softness and firmness, good protection, and resistance to collapse and deformation. Thickened environmentally friendly PVC/PU leather is used, which is non-toxic, odorless, easy to clean, wear-resistant, and meets children's play safety standards. Professional cutting and precision sewing ensure neat stitching and rounded edges, eliminating sharp corners and guaranteeing children's safety.
3. Wood and Plastic Accessory Processing: Multi-layer solid wood panels and environmentally friendly plastic accessories are sanded, chamfered, and treated for slip resistance. Platforms, stairs, drill holes, and cartoon-shaped parts are produced using standardized processes, ensuring precise dimensions and high installation compatibility.
Finished Product Assembly and Testing: All components are pre-assembled in the workshop, and the structural sturdiness, gaps, opening and closing mechanisms, and climbing stability are checked. Ball pits, slides, obstacle courses, interactive toys, etc., are uniformly matched to ensure quick and smooth on-site installation.
3. Inflatable Castle Workshop
Our professional inflatable amusement equipment production workshop focuses on the research and development and large-scale production of products such as inflatable castles, inflatable slides, inflatable bouncy clouds, frame pools, water obstacle courses, and water parks. It is one of the company's core intelligent manufacturing sectors.
01Workshop Overview
The workshop adopts a zoned, standardized production system, divided into: material cutting area, high-temperature heat sealing area, design and drafting area, molding and processing area, inflation testing area, cleaning and packaging area, and finished product storage area.
The entire production process is in-house, with no outsourcing. From fabric arrival to finished product delivery, the entire process is under control, ensuring consistent delivery time and quality.
Equipped with multiple high-power, high-frequency heat sealing machines and automatic cutting equipment, the workshop can simultaneously handle orders for multiple large-scale inflatable theme parks, with ample annual production capacity.
02Core Production Processes
1. Raw Material Control
Thickened environmentally friendly PVC mesh fabric is used, which is wear-resistant, tear-resistant, anti-aging, cold-resistant, and heat-resistant, suitable for long-term outdoor use. The fabric meets environmental safety standards, is non-toxic and odorless, waterproof and sun-proof, and not easy to fade or crack.
2. Computer-Aided Design and Precise Cutting
Professional designers use computer-aided layout and cutting according to the design drawings, ensuring accurate dimensions and reasonable splicing.
Automated cutting ensures uniform shape, reduces human error, and improves overall aesthetics and structural strength.
3. High-Temperature Heat Sealing and Welding
High-frequency heat sealing technology is used for seamless welding, resulting in strong welds, excellent sealing, and resistance to air leakage and cracking.
Key load-bearing parts are double-reinforced and have multiple edgings to ensure the safety and durability of large slides and castles under high-intensity use.
4. Design and Detail Processing
Cartoon characters, arches, climbing walls, slide tracks, and other design components are integrally molded.
Safety nets, anti-slip textures, air vents, and safety pull points are added to meet children's playground safety regulations.
5. Inflation Test and Quality Inspection Each product undergoes a continuous inflation test for at least 8 hours before leaving the factory to check for airtightness, structural stability, and any potential leaks.
Details such as appearance, color, pattern, zippers, and straps are inspected item by item, and only products that pass the inspection are cleaned and packaged.

In 2005
Zhengzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone Hongsheng Amusement Equipment Factory was officially established, focusing on the business of children's swing machines in response to market demands. With the diversity of its products, it quickly captured the market and became well-known among industry customers.
In 2008
With the continuous increase in market demand, the company entered a period of rapid growth. It continuously expanded the range of products, established departments for inflatable castles and naughty play areas, engaged in the development of new products, and expanded the production scale.
In 2011
In order to meet the customers' need for one-stop purchasing, new equipment such as rotating vehicles, track trains, bumper cars, etc. was added.
In 2012
