Q: Do your products comply with national standards?

Yes, all our products are designed and manufactured in strict accordance with relevant national safety standards and technical regulations. For large-scale rides, we follow national safety supervision requirements throughout design, manufacturing, installation, and operation.

Q: Do you offer IP-licensed products?

Yes, we have signed an authorization agreement with the well-known IP “Bonny Bunny” to provide IP-themed products that increase market appeal.

Q: Does the company provide after-sales service? How long is the warranty period?

The company provides comprehensive after-sales support, including at least one year of free warranty and 24-hour fault response. During the warranty period, non-human-caused damage will be repaired or have parts replaced free of charge. In addition, the company provides regular inspections and equipment maintenance training services to help investors extend the lifespan of their equipment.

Q: Can I visit Huajin Playground production facility?

Of course. You can make an appointment with our sales department to visit our factory. We will deliver a special driver to pick you up at the airport or train station so that you can arrive at our factory safely and quickly. You will see the real shots for indoor playground, trampoline park and ninja course in our sample room.
