Products Description
This is a large-scale mobile inflatable water obstacle course, 30 meters long and 8 meters wide. It is a popular water sports and amusement project in summer and is often used in scenic spots, water parks, team building activities, family carnivals and other scenarios.
Dimensions: Clearly marked as 30 meters long × 8 meters wide, it is a standard large-scale obstacle course that can accommodate multiple competitors simultaneously.
Main Structure: Composed of a frame-type inflatable pool and multiple inflatable obstacle courses. When filled with water, the pool forms a complete water track. The material is thickened environmentally friendly PVC mesh fabric, which is wear-resistant, tear-resistant, sun-proof, and anti-aging.

The entire course connects over 10 different types of inflatable obstacles, covering various gameplay elements such as balance, climbing, jumping, and crawling, comprehensively testing participants' physical fitness and coordination:
Obstacle 1: Dragonfly Skimming Water / Balance Pile: Yellow circular floating mats + white pillars, testing balance ability to pass quickly
Obstacle 2: Escalator / Obstacle Course: Yellow handrails + white obstacles, requiring quick passage
Obstacle 3: Platform Buffer Zone: Blue platforms for participants to briefly adjust
Obstacle 4: Roller Crawling: Blue inflatable rollers, requiring crawling through
Obstacle 5: Wave Slide: White wave-shaped slide, requiring climbing and sliding down
Obstacle 6: Triangle Climbing / Tarzan: A-shaped inflatable frame, requiring gripping to pass

Materials and Processes
Material selection
The main frame is made of high-strength hot-dip galvanized steel pipe, which is treated with anti-corrosion and anti-rust. The float and gate components are made of thickened environmentally friendly PVC mesh/high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and stainless steel connectors, which are waterproof, corrosion-resistant and safe and durable.
Frame and component processing
The steel pipes are cut and welded into platform and checkpoint support structures according to the design, and the whole structure is treated with anti-corrosion; the PVC float is formed by high-frequency heat sealing process, and the HDPE parts are injection molded to ensure structural stability and airtightness.
Level module assembly
Assemble the modules such as floats, platforms, slides, and obstacles according to the obstacle course process, install anti-slip mats, guardrails, handrails, and safety pull points to complete the overall obstacle course layout.
Water tightness and safety testing
Water is injected to conduct buoyancy, stability, and impact resistance tests, check the airtightness of joints and the firmness of components, and test the compatibility of gates. After passing the tests, the equipment is installed, tested, and put into use on site.
