Elevated Steel Structure Track
The entire track is supported by a high-strength hot-dip galvanized steel frame, suspended off the ground to preserve the original vegetation and maintain the natural landscape of the mountain forest to the greatest extent. The stable and wind-resistant support structure adapts to varying elevations and can be customized in length and curves according to the terrain. The surface is paved with wear-resistant and non-slip asphalt in a classic deep space blue color, accented with striking yellow warning strips and clearly marked lane lines, creating a visually appealing and photogenic effect.
Multiple Safety Measures
The track features double-layered protection on both sides: an inner layer of high-density rubber buffer tire guardrails and an outer layer of metal safety railings, effectively cushioning high-speed cornering and preventing skidding; the entire route is enclosed with no exposed sharp components, minimizing the risk of bumps and collisions for riders.
The track features a series of winding curves, including S-shaped hairpin bends, 360° loops, long straight acceleration sections, and downhill plunges. The varying elevations create a progressively steeper and more dynamic driving experience. The track is customizable from 800 to 3000 meters in length, and the multiple continuous curves provide an immersive drifting experience. During the plunges, the track offers a panoramic view of the surrounding mountains and forests, combining thrills with stunning natural scenery.

Material Selection
The tracks and support structures are constructed from high-strength hot-dip galvanized steel tubing, treated with electrostatic powder coating to ensure rust and corrosion resistance. The bicycles are standard steel-frame models, while the passenger cabins are fabricated from food-grade fiberglass-reinforced plastic. The connectors and pulleys are made of wear-resistant engineering plastics or stainless steel, balancing robust load-bearing capacity with excellent outdoor weather resistance.
Track Frame Machining
Steel pipes are cut to precise design dimensions and welded to form the undulating tracks and support columns. The entire assembly undergoes shot blasting to remove rust, followed by electrostatic powder coating, ensuring the tracks' structural integrity, surface smoothness, and corrosion resistance, thereby meeting the specific load-bearing requirements of human-powered operation.
Fabrication of the Vehicle Body and Drivetrain Components
After the fiberglass carriage shell has been molded and cured, it undergoes sanding and painting; subsequently, guide wheels, pulleys, and traction drive mechanisms are installed and integrated with the bicycle's drivetrain system to ensure smooth, snag-free operation along the track.
Final Assembly, Commissioning, and Safety Testing
The tracks, support structures, bicycles, and carriages undergo comprehensive assembly and commissioning, followed by safety testing—including load-bearing, braking, anti-derailment, and anti-rollback checks—before being released from the factory and delivered upon successful verification.
