Theme and Style
Core Design: Inspired by fairytale princesses, the ride's umbrella-shaped canopy and pillars are adorned with cartoon images of Disney princesses such as Snow White, featuring vibrant and lively colors that are highly appealing to children and families.
Color Scheme: Utilizing a high-saturation color scheme of green, red, yellow, blue, and pink, with rainbow stripes decorating the canopy, creating a strong visual impact and high recognizability.
Ride Design: Multiple sets of colorful metal seats (red, blue, green, orange, etc.) are suspended from the canopy via high-strength chains. As the ride rotates, the seats are propelled outwards by centrifugal force, providing a flying experience.

1. Power System
Driven by an electric motor, the central column rotates the roof at high speed after the equipment starts. Some models can also achieve "swinging and lifting" for increased excitement. Operation is smooth and meets amusement equipment safety standards.

The main steel frame uses galvanized steel pipes with outdoor powder coating for rust and aging resistance. The seats are made of thickened metal, and the chains are high-strength aviation-grade steel cables with strong load-bearing capacity, suitable for long-term outdoor use.

Materials and Processes

Material Selection
The main structural framework is constructed from high-strength hot-dip galvanized steel tubing, treated to ensure resistance against rust and corrosion. The cabins are fabricated from fiberglass-reinforced plastic or engineering-grade plastics, while the suspension cables utilize high-strength steel wire ropes. Powered by amusement-grade motors and reducers, the system is engineered to deliver an optimal balance of safety, impact resistance, and durability.

Structural Frame Fabrication
Steel pipes are cut and welded to form the central column, turntable, and support structure, which then undergo a comprehensive rust-proofing and powder-coating treatment. A rotary bearing, geared motor, and transmission system are installed to ensure smooth and reliable operation.

Cockpit and Trim Assembly
Upon molding, the fiberglass cockpit undergoes sanding and painting; subsequently, suspension connectors and safety restraint bars are installed, followed by the assembly of decorative components—such as LED lighting and painted panels—to complete the overall aesthetic and functional integration.

Performance and Security Testing
Load-bearing, rotational stability, anti-dislodgement, anti-entanglement, and electrical safety tests are conducted; rotational speed and oscillation amplitude are calibrated; and, upon verification of compliance, on-site installation, commissioning, and handover for operation are performed.

A: Of course. You can make an appointment with our sales department to visit our factory. We will deliver a special driver to pick you up at the airport or train station so that you can arrive at our factory safely and quickly. You will see the real shots for indoor playground, trampoline park and ninja course in our sample room.
A: Production delivery time and equipment installation, it depends on the size of the venue, the project and whether it is in the peak period or not, we will give a clear time after the design plan is clear. For example, for a 2,000 square metre site, it will take approximately 2.5-3 months from the start of planning to opening.
A: Our normal payment term is 30% T/T as deposit, T/T 70% before loading.
