Appearance and Theme Design
Overall Style: Departing from the dark adventure style of traditional pirate ships, this design adopts a fresh forest fairytale theme. The overall color scheme uses soft light orange, grass green, and milky white, combined with cartoon animal and plant elements, softening the sense of danger and enhancing the childlike fun and healing atmosphere, perfectly suited to the ambiance of children's playgrounds and shopping mall family areas.
Core Design Details:
The support frame is a light orange wrought iron structure with evenly distributed decorative LED lights. A cartoon squirrel sculpture is placed on the top, echoing the forest theme.
The hull uses a green and white color scheme, decorated with scrollwork reliefs to simulate the natural texture of leaves and vines.
The railings, base, and sides of the stairs feature complete forest scene illustrations, including cartoon characters such as mushrooms, trees, squirrels, rabbits, and deer, creating a fairytale atmosphere of a "small adventure boat in the forest," highly attractive to young children.
Craftsmanship and Materials: The hull is made of high-strength fiberglass in one piece, with a smooth and rounded surface without sharp edges. Materials and Processes
Material Selection
The main support structure and hull frame are constructed from high-strength, hot-dip galvanized steel tubing that has undergone anti-rust and anti-corrosion treatments. The hull shell is made of fiberglass, while the seats and safety restraint bars are fabricated from engineering plastics and powder-coated metal components. Equipped with amusement-grade motors and speed reducers, the design prioritizes a balance of safety, impact resistance, and durability.
Structural Frame Fabrication
Steel pipes are cut and welded to form the support arms, central main shaft, and hull framework, all of which undergo a comprehensive anti-rust powder coating treatment. The main shaft bearings, drive motor, and transmission system are then installed to ensure smooth and reliable oscillating operation.
Hull and Trim Assembly
After the fiberglass hull shell is molded, it undergoes sanding and painting; seats, safety restraint bars, and guardrails are then installed, followed by the assembly of thematic decorative elements, custom artwork, and lighting fixtures, thereby completing the overall aesthetic and functional integration.
Performance and Security Testing
We conduct load-bearing, swing stability, anti-dislodgement, anti-tipping, and electrical safety tests, as well as fine-tune the swing amplitude and speed. Upon successful verification, we perform on-site installation and commissioning before handing the equipment over for operation.
