Appearance and Lighting
The overall design uses a pastel pink and blue color scheme, complemented by neon lighting effects. The edge of the canopy is shaped like "melting cream," adorned with stars, hearts, and hot air balloon decorations. The canopy features a "Sweet Cat" logo, and a central banner reads "With You All the Way," creating a vibrant atmosphere.
The entire ride is equipped with numerous LED neon light strips, with lights distributed across the canopy, base, and central pillar. At night, when illuminated, it displays a pink-purple gradient effect, resembling a glowing fairytale castle that is incredibly eye-catching.
Unique Seat Design
Breaking away from the traditional single shape of a rocking horse, it features a variety of adorable and charming seats: Unicorn, cartoon pony, and swan cabins are available, all with bright, rounded colors and no sharp edges, ensuring safe riding even for young children.
The center also features a large "candy cup" shaped cabin that can accommodate multiple passengers, making it perfect for families or couples.

Materials and Processes
Material Selection
The main structural framework is constructed from high-strength hot-dip galvanized steel tubing, treated to ensure resistance against rust and corrosion. The horses and decorative figurines are crafted from fiberglass, while the passenger cabins and safety railings feature a powder-coated metal finish. Integrated with LED lighting and amusement-grade motors, the design strikes a perfect balance between safety, durability, and aesthetic appeal.
Structural Frame Fabrication
Steel pipes are cut and welded to form the central column, turntable, and support structure, which then undergo a comprehensive rust-proofing and powder-coating treatment. A rotary bearing, geared motor, and transmission system are installed to ensure smooth and reliable operation.
Styling and Decorative Assembly
Fiberglass horses, finials, and other decorative components are sanded and painted; LED lighting, decorative panels, and the cockpit are installed; and the overall exterior and thematic scenery are fully integrated.
Performance and Security Testing
We conduct load-bearing, rotational stability, anti-tipping, and electrical safety tests, as well as fine-tune rotational speeds and lighting effects; upon successful verification, we perform on-site installation and commissioning before handing the unit over for operation.

A: Production delivery time and equipment installation, it depends on the size of the venue, the project and whether it is in the peak period or not, we will give a clear time after the design plan is clear. For example, for a 2,000 square metre site, it will take approximately 2.5-3 months from the start of planning to opening.
A: Our normal payment term is 30% T/T as deposit, T/T 70% before loading.
A: Of course. You can make an appointment with our sales department to visit our factory. We will deliver a special driver to pick you up at the airport or train station so that you can arrive at our factory safely and quickly.
