Structure and Design
Main Frame: A double-layered blue circular steel frame structure with a central blue column connected to the outer ring by orange spokes, forming a stable rotating chassis. Universal wheels at the bottom assist rotation.
Riding Unit: Four sets (visible in the image) of unicycle-like riding devices are evenly distributed along the circumference. Each set includes:

Material Selection
The main framework and central support columns are constructed from high-strength hot-dip galvanized steel tubing, treated with electrostatic powder coating to ensure rust and corrosion resistance. The bicycle components utilize standard steel frame parts, while the universal wheels and bearings are fabricated from wear-resistant engineering plastics and stainless steel, thereby guaranteeing robust load-bearing capacity and exceptional weather resistance for outdoor use.

Frame and Base Machining
Steel pipes are cut and welded according to design specifications to form a circular, double-layered frame and a central support structure. Following a comprehensive shot-blasting process to remove rust, the entire assembly undergoes electrostatic powder coating. This ensures structural stability and uniform load distribution, facilitating the rotational motion required for multiple users to cycle simultaneously.

Functional Subassembly
Secure the bicycle seat, handlebars, and pedal assembly to the frame; install the central pivot bearing and bottom swivel casters; and fine-tune the transmission and steering mechanisms to ensure smooth, snag-free rotation.

Security Testing and Debugging
The product undergoes safety testing—including load-bearing capacity, rotational stability, anti-tipping measures, and pinch-point prevention—and is calibrated for riding resistance and operational smoothness before being released for delivery upon passing final inspection.
