Climbing Net: The center is a black high-strength nylon rope net using a mesh weaving process. Reinforced knots ensure strong load-bearing capacity, ideal for children to crawl and climb, developing coordination and core strength.
Swing Components: Yellow PE padded swing seats are suspended on both sides of the frame, connected by galvanized iron chains. Safe and durable, suitable for young children to ride and play on.
Ground Environment: The facility is installed in a sandpit/sand area. The sand layer acts as a cushion, effectively buffering falls and improving safety—a standard safety feature for outdoor playground equipment

An arched tunnel-style net cage allows children to crawl from one end to the other, or climb and stand on the net, developing balance, physical strength, and courage—a classic sensory integration training activity.

2. Swing Area (Both Sides)

Material Selection
The main frame is constructed from high-strength hot-dip galvanized steel tubing, while the rope netting utilizes PE/nylon composite ropes featuring an internal multi-strand steel wire core; these components are paired with stainless steel or galvanized connectors to ensure a balance of load-bearing capacity, abrasion resistance, and outdoor weather durability.
Frame Fabrication
After being cut and welded into shape, the steel pipes undergo shot blasting for rust removal and electrostatic powder coating to ensure structural stability, corrosion resistance, and rust prevention, making them suitable for long-term outdoor use.
Rope Net Weaving and Assembly
The rope net is hand-woven to precise design specifications, utilizing a specialized knotting technique to ensure uniform mesh spacing and stable load distribution; the net is then securely affixed to the frame, followed by the installation of anti-slip balls and climbing accessories.
Safety Inspection and Factory Release
Upon completion of comprehensive tensile, load-bearing, and anti-aging tests—and following a thorough inspection of net rope tension, weld points, and connector integrity—the products are packaged and released for shipment.
