Core Theme: Centered on the classic "pirate" IP, the ship's hull recreates the shape of an old wooden sailing ship, adorned with pirate figurines at the bow, and featuring pirate heads on the top pillars, all accompanied by the red "Pirate Ship" lettering, creating an immersive pirate adventure atmosphere.
Color Scheme: The main body uses a striking yellow and blue color scheme for the steel frame, while the hull is a warm wood color, making it visually eye-catching and highly recognizable, serving as a landmark of the park.
Detailed Design: The steel frame is decorated with anti-slip rivets, and a white ladder is provided on the right side. A blue staircase is located at the entrance for easy access for passengers. Safety notices and themed posters are displayed on the railings to enhance the visitor experience.

1. Main Structure
Power System: Utilizes an electric motor-driven hydraulic/mechanical swing arm, causing the boat to reciprocate at large angles around its central axis, reaching a maximum swing of nearly 90°, providing a sense of weightlessness and thrill.
2. Material
The main body is constructed of thickened galvanized steel pipe with outdoor powder coating, offering rust and aging resistance and strong load-bearing capacity; the boat hull is made of fiberglass/steel, and the seats are equipped with safety bars, meeting amusement equipment safety standards.
3. Safety Design
Each seat is equipped with a high-strength safety bar and seatbelt to securely restrain passengers; a fully enclosed metal protective fence separates the play area from the visitor passageway; the equipment is equipped with an emergency stop button for immediate shutdown in case of emergencies.

Materials and Processes
Material Selection
The main support structure and hull frame are constructed from high-strength, hot-dip galvanized steel tubing that has undergone anti-rust and anti-corrosion treatments. The hull shell is made of fiberglass, while the seats and safety restraint bars are fabricated from engineering plastics and powder-coated metal components. Equipped with amusement-grade motors and speed reducers, the design prioritizes a balance of safety, impact resistance, and durability.
Structural Frame Fabrication
Steel pipes are cut and welded to form the support arms, central main shaft, and hull framework, all of which undergo a comprehensive anti-rust powder coating treatment. The main shaft bearings, drive motor, and transmission system are then installed to ensure smooth and reliable oscillating operation.
Hull and Trim Assembly
After the fiberglass hull shell is molded, it undergoes sanding and painting; seats, safety restraint bars, and guardrails are then installed, followed by the assembly of thematic decorative elements, custom artwork, and lighting fixtures, thereby completing the overall aesthetic and functional integration.
Performance and Security Testing
We conduct load-bearing, swing stability, anti-dislodgement, anti-tipping, and electrical safety tests, as well as fine-tune the swing amplitude and speed. Upon successful verification, we perform on-site installation and commissioning before handing the equipment over for operation.
