Soccer-Themed Main Tower
The equipment features a colossal soccer ball as its central design element, faithfully recreating the sport's classic black-and-white paneled aesthetic. Each "panel" consists of a metal frame combined with safety netting or non-slip panels; specific sections incorporate climbing nets and open cutouts, allowing children to crawl, climb, and explore within the interior of the sphere, thereby creating an immersive "Soccer Castle" experience.
Beneath the sphere, a metal support structure elevates a play platform above ground level, establishing a multi-tiered play space that significantly enhances the equipment's play value.
Multi-Route Play Configurations
Left-Side Plastic Slide:An orange spiral slide paired with a transparent tubular tunnel offers a play option friendly to younger children, allowing them to slide directly down from the platform and enjoy the thrill of gliding.
Central Metal Climbing Net Tunnel: A large, arched climbing net tunnel connects the two soccer towers. Children can use both their hands and feet to traverse from one sphere to the other—an activity that builds physical strength and coordination—making this the equipment's core challenge zone.
Right-Side Climbing Access: The right-side tower features a metal climbing net and a vertical ladder, allowing children to climb directly up to the platform and providing an additional entry point to the structure.

Materials and Processes
Core Material Selection
The main body of the slide is constructed from food-grade engineering plastics (utilizing a rotational molding process), while the framework and support components are made of hot-dip galvanized steel tubing; all connectors are fabricated from stainless steel, ensuring a balance of safety, wear resistance, and outdoor weather durability.
Plastic Slide Molding
Food-grade plastic granules are integrally molded at high temperatures using a rotomolding machine, followed by sanding, deburring, and color coating to ensure that the inner walls of the slide are smooth and free of sharp edges.
Frame and Component Machining
Steel pipes undergo cutting, welding, and rust removal, followed by electrostatic powder coating, to fabricate the support columns and platforms; concurrently, ancillary components—such as anti-slip handrails, safety netting, and connectors—are processed.
Final Assembly and Safety Inspection
The plastic slide sections, frames, platforms, and other components are assembled and secured, followed by safety testing—including load-bearing, impact, anti-slip, and anti-tip assessments—before being released for delivery upon passing inspection.
