1. Main Structure
The entire structure is made of thickened, environmentally friendly PVC mesh fabric, heat-sealed/stitched. It maintains its shape through continuous inflation using a blower. The material is wear-resistant, tear-resistant, sun-proof, and anti-aging, meeting children's playground safety standards.
The surrounding area features raised inflatable railings, a fully enclosed design to prevent children from falling and ensure their safety.
2. Core Play Areas
Double Slide Combination: Two sets of inflatable slides with different designs are set up inside the castle. This is the core play area, where children can climb onto platforms and slide down, experiencing the fun of sliding.
Crawling/Archway Tunnel: Multiple colorful inflatable arches and tunnels allow children to crawl and traverse, improving their flexibility and spatial awareness.
Trampoline Main Area: A large inflatable trampoline area allows children to jump freely, chase, and play, releasing their energy and improving their balance and coordination.

Materials and Processes
Material Selection
The main body is made of thickened environmentally friendly PVC mesh fabric, which has high strength, wear resistance and tear resistance. The seams are made of high-strength stitching and special glue. It is equipped with a matching fan to ensure safety, durability and outdoor waterproofing.
Cutting and heat sealing
Cut PVC fabric according to the design drawings, and use a high-frequency heat sealing machine to splice and heat seal the various parts to form the main body of the castle, slide, pillars and enclosure, ensuring that the seams are tight and airtight.
Decoration and accessory installation
Print the theme pattern and cartoon image, make three-dimensional parts and heat seal them, install safety pull points, handles, protective nets and fan interfaces to complete the overall shape.
Inflation test and factory release
Connect the blower to inflate, conduct airtightness, load-bearing, and stability tests, check the joint strength and safety details, and after passing the test, deflate, package, and ship out of the factory.

A: Production delivery time and equipment installation, it depends on the size of the venue, the project and whether it is in the peak period or not, we will give a clear time after the design plan is clear. For example, for a 2,000 square metre site, it will take approximately 2.5-3 months from the start of planning to opening.
