Material Selection
The main structural framework is constructed from high-strength hot-dip galvanized steel tubing. The protective netting consists of safety rope nets featuring an internal steel wire core, while the platforms and slides are fabricated from food-grade engineering plastics. These components are complemented by anti-slip mats and secure connectors to ensure both safety and durability.
Custom Frame Fabrication
The steel pipes are cut to design specifications, welded into shape, and—following shot blasting to remove rust—undergo electrostatic powder coating to form a multi-layered, three-dimensional grid structure, thereby ensuring overall stability as well as rust and corrosion resistance.
Functional Module Assembly
Install components such as rope net enclosures, plastic slides, climbing elements, and interactive game panels; lay non-slip platforms; construct stairs and passageways; and complete the functional layout within the maze.
Safety Inspection and Acceptance
Comprehensive testing is conducted for overall load-bearing capacity, fall prevention, slip resistance, and pinch-point safety; additionally, the tension of the netting ropes, the integrity of frame welds, and the security of all components are thoroughly inspected. Upon successful verification, on-site installation and commissioning are performed, followed by handover for operational use.
