Overall Structure and Materials
Frame System: The main framework is constructed using white galvanized steel pipes, ensuring a stable structure and strong wind resistance.
Enclosure and Protection: The entire structure is wrapped in high-strength white nylon/steel wire mesh, a fully enclosed design that ensures children's safety and prevents them from getting lost, while also allowing parents to easily monitor the area.
Platform Material: The multi-level play platform uses colored anti-slip boards or soft padding, making it wear-resistant and safe.

Three-tiered structure
The equipment features three levels of play routes at different heights (high, medium, and low), maximizing the experience by utilizing vertical space.
Top level
Featuring a colorful rainbow staircase/climbing ladder, combined with tunnels and holes, it helps children develop their climbing abilities and courage.
Middle level
Integrates a transparent cylindrical slide, a colorful ball pit (the ball pit area is visible in the picture), and various interactive sensory panels (such as the yellow tactile panel).
Bottom level
A spacious open activity area equipped with soft seating/rest areas for children to rest or for younger toddlers to play.
Detailed design
Multiple fun mirrors (such as kaleidoscope mirrors and plane mirrors) are suspended inside the cage to increase the fun; specific numerical labels/game panels are affixed to the sides to enhance the educational value.

Materials and Processes
Material Selection
The main structural framework is constructed from high-strength hot-dip galvanized steel tubing. The protective netting consists of safety rope nets featuring an internal steel wire core, while the platforms and slides are fabricated from food-grade engineering plastics. These components are complemented by anti-slip mats and secure connectors to ensure both safety and durability.
Custom Frame Fabrication
The steel pipes are cut to design specifications, welded into shape, and—following shot blasting to remove rust—undergo electrostatic powder coating to form a multi-layered, three-dimensional grid structure, thereby ensuring overall stability as well as rust and corrosion resistance.
Functional Module Assembly
Install components such as rope net enclosures, plastic slides, climbing elements, and interactive game panels; lay non-slip platforms; construct stairs and passageways; and complete the functional layout within the maze.
Safety Inspection and Acceptance
Comprehensive testing is conducted for overall load-bearing capacity, fall prevention, slip resistance, and pinch-point safety; additionally, the tension of the netting ropes, the integrity of frame welds, and the security of all components are thoroughly inspected. Upon successful verification, on-site installation and commissioning are performed, followed by handover for operational use.
