Main Frame: Three parallel blue galvanized steel pipe tracks, using thickened steel and environmentally friendly powder coating for rust and UV protection, suitable for long-term outdoor exposure to sun and rain, with a stable and wind-resistant structure.
Sliders: The tracks are equipped with cartoon animal-shaped seats (shown in the picture as rabbits and pigs), made of food-grade PE soft-pack material, with rounded edges to fit children's bodies, ensuring safety and comfort.
Transmission Structure: The tracks have a built-in pulley/bearing system. Children can grip the handrails and pedal to propel the cart along the track. It's entirely mechanically driven, requiring no electricity, resulting in zero energy consumption and zero maintenance costs.

Materials and Processes
Core Material Selection
The tracks and support structures are constructed from high-strength hot-dip galvanized steel tubing, treated with electrostatic powder coating to ensure rust and corrosion resistance. The cartoon-themed ride vehicles are crafted from food-grade fiberglass, featuring an internal steel skeletal frame; they are safe, durable, and ideally suited for outdoor environments.
Track Frame Machining
The steel pipes are cut to precise design specifications and welded into shape; the entire assembly undergoes shot blasting for rust removal, followed by electrostatic powder coating, ensuring that the track remains straight, stable, rust-proof, and resistant to aging, while meeting the load-bearing requirements for simultaneous multi-user racing.
Cartoon Mount Creation
Fiberglass molds are fabricated according to the specific design; following the lamination and molding process, the pieces are sanded and painted. Bottom wheels and drive components are then installed and fitted to the track system to ensure smooth, snag-free operation.
Final Assembly and Safety Testing
The tracks, support structures, and seating components are assembled and commissioned, followed by safety testing—including assessments of load-bearing capacity, gliding stability, and derailment prevention—before being released from the factory and delivered upon passing inspection.
