Overall Style: The main color scheme is pure ice blue and pure white, complemented by a starry blue base and snowflake elements, creating a dreamy ice and snow ocean atmosphere suitable for various outdoor environments such as ice and snow theme parks, cool summer scenes, and cultural tourism towns.
Details and Highlights:
The main support structure uses a silver-white painted iron frame, decorated with a giant snowflake sculpture on top. LED lights are evenly distributed on both sides of the support, creating a flowing, icy glow when illuminated at night, maximizing the ambiance.
The hull is made of fiberglass, featuring a contrasting ice blue and pure white paint scheme. The hull is printed with ice crystal textures and white scrollwork reliefs, with smooth, rounded lines that recreate the texture of an ice and snow warship.

Material Selection
The main support structure and hull frame are constructed from high-strength, hot-dip galvanized steel tubing that has undergone anti-rust and anti-corrosion treatments. The hull shell is made of fiberglass, while the seats and safety restraint bars are fabricated from engineering plastics and powder-coated metal components. Equipped with amusement-grade motors and speed reducers, the design prioritizes a balance of safety, impact resistance, and durability.
Structural Frame Fabrication
Steel pipes are cut and welded to form the support arms, central main shaft, and hull framework, all of which undergo a comprehensive anti-rust powder coating treatment. The main shaft bearings, drive motor, and transmission system are then installed to ensure smooth and reliable oscillating operation.
Hull and Trim Assembly
After the fiberglass hull shell is molded, it undergoes sanding and painting; seats, safety restraint bars, and guardrails are then installed, followed by the assembly of thematic decorative elements, custom artwork, and lighting fixtures, thereby completing the overall aesthetic and functional integration.
Performance and Security Testing
We conduct load-bearing, swing stability, anti-dislodgement, anti-tipping, and electrical safety tests, as well as fine-tune the swing amplitude and speed. Upon successful verification, we perform on-site installation and commissioning before handing the equipment over for operation.
