Appearance and Theme Design
The overall theme is a forest/jungle adventure, centered around a large, glowing cartoon tree. The tree trunk is decorated with LED lights, and there's even a cartoon owl inside the tree hole, adding a touch of childlike fun.
The cabins are designed as colorful cartoon cars in bright colors like green, yellow, and pink. A cartoon lion model sits on the roof, and animal patterns like "bird," "lion," and "monkey" are printed on the sides, creating a lively and adorable atmosphere.
Play and Experience
The ride rotates at a constant speed. Each cabin is equipped with an interactive shooting device (water gun/soft bullet gun). Players can aim at the cartoon targets on the central tree and shoot. Hitting a target triggers light and sound effects, increasing the fun.
The cabins are designed for two people/parents and children, suitable for parents to accompany their children. They can experience the fun of rotation while also developing children's reaction skills through interactive shooting. The ride is low-stimulation and safe, making it suitable for young children.
Scenarios and Applications: The photos were taken inside the equipment production workshop. The equipment has not yet been installed in the playground and is in its pre-shipment display state. This type of equipment is widely used in indoor and outdoor children's playgrounds, parks, shopping mall playgrounds, etc. Some versions have a water spray function and can also be used as a water amusement project in summer.

Material Selection
The main structural framework is constructed from high-strength hot-dip galvanized steel tubing, treated to ensure resistance against rust and corrosion. The horses and decorative figurines are crafted from fiberglass, while the passenger cabins and safety railings feature a powder-coated metal finish. Integrated with LED lighting and amusement-grade motors, the design strikes a perfect balance between safety, durability, and aesthetic appeal.
Structural Frame Fabrication
Steel pipes are cut and welded to form the central column, turntable, and support structure, which then undergo a comprehensive rust-proofing and powder-coating treatment. A rotary bearing, geared motor, and transmission system are installed to ensure smooth and reliable operation.
Styling and Decorative Assembly
Fiberglass horses, finials, and other decorative components are sanded and painted; LED lighting, decorative panels, and the cockpit are installed; and the overall exterior and thematic scenery are fully integrated.
Performance and Security Testing
We conduct load-bearing, rotational stability, anti-tipping, and electrical safety tests, as well as fine-tune rotational speeds and lighting effects; upon successful verification, we perform on-site installation and commissioning before handing the unit over for operation.
