Project Functions
Main Design: The equipment is shaped like a segmented "giant caterpillar." Its head features an exaggerated, cartoon-style smiling face—complete with large, round eyes, a rosy, bulbous nose, and a wide grin—set against a vibrant green body that exudes a lively, childlike charm. The carriage section mimics the segments of a caterpillar's body; each section features a green fiberglass shell paired with a pink interior cabin, creating a bright and eye-catching color scheme.
Cabin Details: Each carriage accommodates two children. The cabin edges are rounded and smooth, and each is equipped with a simple safety restraint bar that ensures passenger safety while making it easy for children to board and disembark. The base of each carriage features a yellow decorative trim accented with colorful details, allowing the overall design to vividly recreate the natural form of a caterpillar.
Track System: The ride utilizes a matching blue metal track system. Depending on the venue's requirements, the track can be designed in either a circular loop or an undulating configuration. During operation, the caterpillar carriages glide smoothly along the track; certain models incorporate gentle inclines and dips to simulate the playful experience of a "little bug climbing a hill."

Materials and Processes
Design Survey
Conduct on-site measurements of track gauge, gradient, and turning radius; complete the accompanying drawings and 3D models for the vehicle structure, bogies, and track systems; and determine the power and passenger capacity parameters.
Precision-Engineered Components
The frame and chassis are fabricated using laser-cut steel components and welding; specialized wheelsets with flanges and bogies are manufactured; a fiberglass body is constructed; and the complete power, braking, and electrical systems are fully installed.
Vehicle Final Assembly and Painting
Assemble the bogies, chassis, and propulsion and braking systems; couple the locomotive and passenger cars; route the electrical wiring; and install the interior fittings. Finally, apply anti-corrosion paint to the entire vehicle and execute the thematic decorative artwork.
Testing, Test Runs, and Delivery
Static quality inspections are conducted on welds and circuitry; dynamic testing—including hill-climbing, cornering, braking, and anti-derailment maneuvers—is performed under full-load conditions. Track laying is carried out concurrently, and the system is handed over following on-site commissioning and final acceptance.

A: Of course. You can make an appointment with our sales department to visit our factory. We will deliver a special driver to pick you up at the airport or train station so that you can arrive at our factory safely and quickly. You will see the real shots for indoor playground, trampoline park and ninja course in our sample room.
A: Production delivery time and equipment installation, it depends on the size of the venue, the project and whether it is in the peak period or not, we will give a clear time after the design plan is clear. For example, for a 2,000 square metre site, it will take approximately 2.5-3 months from the start of planning to opening.
A: Our normal payment term is 30% T/T as deposit, T/T 70% before loading.
A: Sign contract–Pay deposit–Production–Pay balance–loading–delivery.
