Thematic Design
The entire structure draws inspiration from London's iconic Tower Bridge:
Flanking the central span are towers modeled after Big Ben, featuring a blue, yellow, and white color scheme. Adorned with spires and clock-tower motifs, they faithfully recreate the classic architectural details of the British style.
Spanning the gap between the towers is a bridge structure featuring a gold-colored steel framework and mesh guardrails along its sides. A circular thematic emblem positioned atop the bridge further reinforces the "London Bridge" identity.

Materials and Processes
Material Selection
The main frame is constructed from high-strength, hot-dip galvanized steel tubing, treated with electrostatic powder coating for rust and corrosion resistance. The slides are crafted from food-grade engineering plastics, while the protective netting consists of safety rope nets with internal steel cores. The cartoon-themed decorative elements are made from fiberglass, ensuring a balance of safety, abrasion resistance, and outdoor weather durability.
Frame and Platform Machining
Steel pipes are cut to precise design specifications and welded to form a multi-layered, three-dimensional framework and platform structure. Following a comprehensive shot-blasting process to remove rust, the entire assembly undergoes electrostatic powder coating to ensure structural stability and uniform load distribution, thereby meeting the load-bearing requirements of integrated multi-project systems.
Functional Modules and Decorative Assembly
Install functional components—such as plastic slides, rope climbing nets, swings, and stairs—and secure cartoon-style figures, thematic murals, and IP branding elements to complete the construction of the overall themed scene and the integration of its functional features.
Safety Inspection and Acceptance
Comprehensive testing is conducted for overall load-bearing capacity, fall prevention, slip resistance, and pinch-point safety to verify the structural integrity and operational safety of all components. Equipment compatibility is fine-tuned; upon successful verification, on-site installation and commissioning are performed, followed by handover for operation.

A: Sign contract–Pay deposit–Production–Pay balance–loading–delivery.
A: Production delivery time and equipment installation, it depends on the size of the venue, the project and whether it is in the peak period or not, we will give a clear time after the design plan is clear. For example, for a 2,000 square metre site, it will take approximately 2.5-3 months from the start of planning to opening.
A: Our normal payment term is 30% T/T as deposit, T/T 70% before loading.
