Materials and Processes
Material Selection
The main structural frame is constructed from high-strength hot-dip galvanized steel tubing, treated with electrostatic powder coating to ensure rust and corrosion resistance. The wing sections feature a choice of colorful nylon ropes or LED light strips, paired with safety seats, thereby balancing load-bearing capacity, aesthetic appeal, and outdoor weather resistance.
Frame Processing and Forming
Steel pipes are cut to precise design specifications and welded to form the structural framework—comprising uprights, crossbeams, and the "wing" contours. The entire assembly undergoes shot blasting for rust removal, followed by electrostatic powder coating, ensuring structural stability and uniform load distribution to safely accommodate the dynamic forces of swinging as well as the weight-bearing demands of multiple users interacting with the installation.
Assembly of Decorative and Functional Components
Secure colored cords or LED strips along the contours of the wings; install the swing suspension components, bearings, and seat; and fine-tune the suspension system to ensure smooth, snag-free swinging.
Security Testing and Debugging
Safety tests—including those for load-bearing capacity, swing stability, anti-detachment, and anti-tangling—are conducted; the swing amplitude and lighting effects are fine-tuned; and the product is shipped for delivery only after passing all quality inspections.
